Lung Tsing-U-Hai Railway Bond, 8%, 1921

Rare and Historic Bond issued by the Government of the Chinese Republic. It is the 8% Loan of 1921 for the Lung-Tsing-U-Hai Railway, payable in Belgian Francs. The face value of the Bond without interest was 500 Francs.

The beautifully engraved design is spectacular, with a very ornate green border and title with flourishes. The Bond has an almost equally ornate central design on the back.
